Snowfield Slipover (English)

£6.50

This pattern is in English.

Snowfield Slipover has a classic design with a split ribbing at the body for an asymmetrical look. Perfect for looking stylish on cold wintery days.

First the back is knitted back and forth with increases to shape the shoulders. Stitches are then picked up from the cast-on edge to form each shoulder whilst shaping the neck. The front is joined and knitted back and forth; once complete, the front and back are joined, and stitches cast on for the underarms. The body is then knit in the round before dividing to knit the front and back ribbing separately, creating a side split with a longer back to front. Sleeves stitches are picked up around the armhole opening and worked in the round. Finally, stitches are picked up and knitted in rib along the neck edge. All ribbing is bound off using the Italian bind-off technique.
